The Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) 2013 is a much awaited event that will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada in June 7 to 9, 2013. Electric Daisy Carnival is an annual international event held in the summer time in the United States and Puerto Rico and is known to be one of the premier events that feature spectacular live musical performances from music artists and bands. - There were more than 100 Electronic Daisy Carnival artists that performed in 2012. International artists that included local and international bands and individual performers from all corners of the globe. Organizers of the 2013 event will never fail to impress; they promise better, louder and more colorful performances that audiences will truly love.
- The 2012 event was affected by bad weather and the 2nd night show was forced to cancel because of the high winds. Insomniac Events, founder of EDC, promises a better and larger venue that will protect spectators from bad weather as well as keep them comfortable as they party the nights away. All information about the venue and performers will soon be announced as the event nears on.
The Electric Daisy Carnival has been the highlight of summer and ever since it opened in 1997 had specific rules for attendees to follow. There are bars located inside the festival grounds but drinking is only for 21 year olds and above. Venues are highly secured plus there is a “zero tolerance rule” for drug use and possession which is enforced all throughout the venue grounds.
